Medicinema is a charity that provides hospital patients both young and old and their families the chance to take a break from the boredom, stress and routine of ward life and provide an opportunity to enjoy the very latest cinema releases and allowing respite from the day to day feeling of hospital life.

The charity uses funds to build, manage and operate cinemas inside hospitals at health facilities across the UK

The cinemas are designed to accommodate wheelchairs and hospital beds - so even those requiring oxygen, medicine or one to one care can visit to see the latest films for free
