In memory of Matthew Squires

Story

Matthew had pioneering heart surgery during a 10 hour operation at just 11 days old.  To quote the surgeon, "His plumbing's a bit iffy!"  He thrived in childhood even though he had another open heart procedure when he was 8 years old.   He went on to Grammar School then University, graduating in Classics this summer.  Matthew lived life to the full and touched everyone with his infectious smile.  He was always positive and optimistic despite knowing that more surgery was necessary.  Sadly, he ran out of time and his heart gave up as he slept.

Thanks for taking the time to visit his JustGiving page.  Just as Matthew brought joy and smiles to people during his life, please help him to achieve something positive through his tragically early death.
