I am turning 50 this year and am fortunate enough to have a family, a home, a job and more "things" than anyone can possibly need.  I would like to ask anyone who feels the urge to buy me a birthday gift to instead donate to two of my favourite charities: Carousel and Family Rights Group.

This is the page for Carousel, a Brighton based charity that my Dad has volunteered with for many years, which works to promote the active involvement of people with a learning disability in the arts, teaching new artistic skills and developing existing talents.
