On April 23 2016 I will be kayaking 26.2 miles along the River Thames from Shadwell basin to Chiswick bridge and back.  As many of you know 2015 was a challenging year and kayaking has really been a life saver for me.  Now it is time for me to give something back especially to a charity that does wonderful work supporting the rights of fathers in the UK especially in helping children re-establish and maintain contact with their dads.
