This year I have decided to really challenge myself. I have run the 5k a few times now and feel I can't keep asking for donations to do the same thing so I'm doubling the distance. At present I can only run 5k so it certainly will be a challenge!

I have also decided to raise money for the Primrose Breast Care unit in Derriford hospital. They rely on donations to be able to continue to do their brilliant work and without the support, activities and care they provide I believe cancer would be a much scarier mountain to climb. 

As many of you know my mum was diagnosed in 2013 and is luckily in remission. I truly believe that due to everyone in that unit and everything they did for her both medically and mentally she was able to fight. Every day I am thankful to the staff there, especially Dr Ramzi, and this is the best way I can think of saying thank you.

So please, donate anything you can as it really will mean the world.
