Story

I am taking on the challenge of walking the South Coast Challenge which is run by Action Challenge. It will be tough, there's no denying it! Walking from Eastbourne to Arundel, mainly on the south downs way, but cutting down into Brighton to walk along the seafront to Hove before cutting back up to the south downs way to continue to Arundel. It will be the hardest walk I've attempted with the most inclines and decents!! So that's about the walk, now about the charity. I moved to Morden in October 2015 and started working for Heron Veterinary Surgery. I soon started to learn of Deen City Farm as they bring their small animals to us for treatment if needed. I have met several ferrets and rabbits so far! They are a small inner city farm, without them many local children could grow up not experiencing any interaction with animals. They do not charge for entry, instead just asking for donations, despite costing over £500,000 a year to run! So please, donate what you can, knowing you have helped me to raise money for them will keep me going on my long walk!
