2 year's ago it was 20 Caches in 1 day.  Last year it was 100 Caches in a week.  This year... Well this year I thought it would be fun to have some company!  So I will be at Bedgebury Arboretum in MARVEL themed fancy dress (see what I did with the name there!) accompanied by whoever else wants to join me with the aim of getting 10 geocaches in one day - 10 because some fellow Cachers have little ones and last year I ended up running the 1K or so between caches due to time, which is rather unfair to little legs - not to mention older legs!

If you know me, you will know about Action Breaks Silence by now - if by some chance you're not sure what they do and if they are worth supporting with your hard earned cash... read on.

Action Breaks Silence is an exceptional charity on a mission to empower, educate and protect women and children, free of charge, against gender based violence using a two stream approach.

1)  Empowerment workshops for women and girls, comprising a fact-filled motivational discussion which seeks to build participants' confidence and is then crystallised through physical self-defence skills. The content has been created to empower, educate and protect women and girls who are vulnerable to sexual and gender-based violence and, importantly, who feel they have no voice or support.

2)   Interactive workshops for eight to 13 year old boys which are specifically designed to build feelings of deep-rooted empathy towards women and girls and, in the longer-term, prevent abusive or violent behaviour.
