Abbi, John, Scott and I are undertaking the Royal Parks Half marathon in just under 2 weeks time and we would really appreciate your support and contributions towards our charity, the Head and Neck Cancer Foundation, a charity founded by doctors who are pioneers in helping transform lives of those suffering from debilitating cancers of the head and neck. 

John is one of the founders of HNCF and as a keen sportsman who is extremely passionate about boxing, this is a cause particularly close to him.
