Health Improvement Project Zanzibar is a UK-registered charity managing two government hospitals on the island of Zanzibar. Despite the seemingly perfect environment in Zanzibar, life is tough. 1 in 12 infants die, often from preventable causes. 1 in 220 Zanzibari women die in childbirth. 

We’ve got a simple aim: if 142 people from the VCCP Partnership can raise just £350 each then we’d raise a whopping £50,000 and help HIPZ build a brand new healthcare centre in Zanzibar, making a significant difference to the lives of 200,000 people.
