Since Michelle was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in September 2013 St David's have been there to give help and support to Michelle and her family.  All their services are offered free of charge and we would like to raise funds so ensure this service can continue so other  people with life limited conditions, and their families, can benefit from St David's Hospice Care.
