This charity gave us hope when we thought there was none. My son has a Congenital Heart Disorder called Ebstein's Anomaly, the rarest  CHD in the world. Only 1 in every 210,000 children are born with Ebstein's, hence why there is very little knowledge of it in Scotland. This charity assisted with costs to fly American surgeon 3000 miles across the Atlantic to save my sons life. Had we have had to take my son to the states for this operation, it would have cost us somewhere in the region of £250,000. Before my sons operation we thought we were going to loose him countless times, now his quality of life is far better than it's ever been. He is now ready to celebrate his 16th birthday in 10 days time , a birthday that we didn't think he would see. 

There was only 4 children in Scotland with Ebstein's , we are now down to 3, very sadly our Ebstein's family in Scotland lost little baby Violet who was just 6 months old, just over 11 weeks ago. We also have a little girl who is 7 waiting on the operation Ebstein's patients so desperately need to keep them alive. Plz help in anyway you can, every penny counts. Thank you so much
