My 8 year old daughter has been growing here hair since she was 4 years old after getting it cut into a short bob and said she would never cut it again. You will see from the pictures it now rests at bottom of her back. In 2012 my niece was diagnosed with Hodkins lymphoma and had to go through 6 months of chemotherapy which made her lose her hair. Molly at age 6 at the time witness the trauma her cousin went through when she lost her hair. Natasha got a wig which made her feel alot better about herself and Molly at age of 6 said she had enough hair to make a wig. We passed it off as a fleeting comment, until it became a regular conversation. As her mother I never pursued it as I know she wanted to help Natasha but knew we couldnt make a wig. As Natashas treatment finished and got the all clear the subject kept being brought up. We researched the it online and found that we could donate Mollys hair to a charity who would make a wig from it for kids who lost there hair. I decided not to mention it again until Molly herself brought it up. So in November 2014 she did and i told her about the organisation that takes donated hair. She got excited and said she wanted to do it. So I called the Little Princess Foundation who has sent us out a pack. We have decided to raise as much as possible but hoped to raise ourselves outside of this justgiving page the cost of £350 to make the wig to send to the Little Princess Foundation and hope for sponsorship for Molly to be brave enough to cut off her hair and the sponsorship go to Pretty n PInk charity as it is one we have decided to support as they help families affected by cancer here in Northern Ireland. So we would be grateful if you would sponsor Molly  to cut off her hair. We have set no official date but said once £1000 was raised we would do it. If we are unfortunate not to raise the £1000 before 10th April we will cut it on that day. Many thanks for your support. Sonya & Molly x
