12 plucky graduates from Mondelez International are preparing to suit up as Cadbury He-Row-Es and battle their way around Lake Windermere on a wooden rowing boat.

It may rain, there may be wind, but nothing will stop these 12 amateur rowers from completing the 10.5 mile loop. Even if they have to swim.

There will be no Flake Windermere!
