Mum spent 8 weeks in Willow Wood. They were amazing! As soon as she got in, she completely relaxed. Her one wish was to come home. The team at Willow Wood did everything in their power to make this happen. She came home on May 3rd 2015 - the day before her 59th birthday. Mum had a lovely birthday, surrounded by her family and friends and died 4 weeks later at home. If it wasn't for Willow Wood, we wouldn't have had that quality time together at home, Mums pain relief wouldn't have been controlled and we wouldn't have met the amazing team who work that surrounded her - for them I will be eternally grateful! 

This walk falls on the weekend of what would have been Mums 60th birthday. It feels only right to get together and raise as much money as possible for such a fantastic cause.

So I ask you to help us out... as much or as little as possible! If we raise over £500 then Dan has said he will do the walk in a tutu! Who knows what we can push him to do! Thank you so much for your time and donations. Mum would be proud of us all!
