Thanks for taking the time to visit my page!

Now, those of you who know me well will know I am somewhat precious about my beautiful long hair! At school I am constantly asked whether I would:

*Dye it *Style it like Einstein *Shave it off *Try a Mohican

*Dip Dye it (i still don't even know what that means?!)

SO WHY HAVE I AGREED TO SHAVE MY HEAD FOR CHARITY?

Well, as a teacher I’m passionate about EDUCATION. I believe everyone who wants to be educated should have that opportunity. At the moment there are so many places in the world where going to school is simply not an option.

SOS Africa sponsor children whose families can't afford to send them to school. Please visit www.sosafrica.com for everything you could possibly want to know. They do amazing things! So I want to help them raise as much money as possible. And hopefully inspire a few students along the way…

As if losing my hair wasn’t terrifying enough I will also be running The British 10k in London on 8July. I’ll let everyone know the date for shaving my head – most likely mid-June. And if there are any requests for things I can do with my hair in the meantime please let me know!
