Story

Hi Folks

Sorry, but Ive done something really stupid. In 2012 I ran the London Marathon and at the end said I would never do it again. Here I am 4 years later about to run, not only the London Marathon on April 24th but 2 weeks before that I will also be running the Manchester Marathon. Then as a warm down I will be doing the Great North run in September.

Why?

Becuase I'm stupid!

But also becuase I want to raise enough money to pay the annual salaries of 3 teachers and 3 assistants for 3 pre-primary schools in Tanzania. The annual salary for 1 teacher and 1 assistant for a whole year is just £1350. I have seen with my own eyes the difference these teachers can make to a childs education and the least I can do is drag myself around 26 miles a couple of times and try and raise a little bit to ensure the work of EdUKaid goes on. EdUkaid has already helped many thousands of children and yet there is so much more we can do.

Thank you

Mr Tim
