On Saturday 23rd May I will be abseiling 418 feet (127m) down Northampton's iconic landmark, the National Lift Tower, to raise funds for Northamptonshire Association for the Blind.

This will be a daunting experience and will involve me dangling mid-air exposed to whatever weather the day decides to throw at me!

As a severely sight impaired individual myself I decided to undertake this challenge in order to help raise funds and awareness for the local charity that has helped me so much-Northamptonshire Association for the Blind.
