Christmas Dreams
Every year we ask our kind supporters to help fund our Christmas Dinner Appeal. We always get a fantastic response and we are so very grateful. This year we thought we would continue to ask for support with the dinners but also give you the option to help with other areas, such as toys, bedding, treats or medical support for our animals. Why not even buy a special gift for a loved one this Christmas, the knowledge that the gift will be helping one of our rescue animals.
We need your kind support to help our animals as it costs over £950 per day to keep our sanctuary running!

£5Helps towards Christmas Dinners
At North Clwyd Animal Rescue, we treat all our animals to their very own Christmas Dinner. We give all the dogs a roast turkey dinner, the cats all get turkey, sardines or salmon and the rabbits get a fresh vegetable selection, all feasible from kind donations. 
We make sure that our rescue animals enjoy Christmas as much as possible as they won’t have their own family to be with this Christmas.
Can you spare £5 to help buy our adorable animals their very own special dinner?
A turkey costs around £9 and a tin of sardines about 60 pence, but with over 200 mouths to feed, it soon adds up!

£10Buys a Bundle of Toys
Our rescue dogs enjoy playing with footballs in the paddock and love to spend  hours finding that last treat in their Kong’s, but unfortunately we cannot afford these special toys for our dogs all year round, but we love to treat them in the winter months. It provides great stimulation for them in the kennels. Our cats & kittens love playing with cardboard boxes and fir cones, but (at Christmas) we would love to be able to provide them with balls, and toys that they can play with.
One Kong for a dog can cost up to £10 or more depending on the size
£25would help to keep our animals warm this Winter
Help to keep all our animals’ cosy this Christmas by donating some comfy fleece bedding. There is nothing better than getting all cosy and warm in the winter, so please help us spoil our animals at the rescue this Christmas!
We get so many animals brought into our rescue every day, some are happy, some are cold, some are very ill, and some are old with serious health issues but we make sure that every animal leaves our rescue as happy and healthy as they can be and ready to start a new life with a new loving family.
Heating for all our kennels costs £40 per day in the winter months

£50 Would help towardsour Veterinary Care
As a small charity it is hard to find the funds to update our kennels and catteries each year, but we try our best to make them as comfortable as possible for our animal residents. We would love to have state of the art facilities and brand new kennels and catteries, but we feel our money is better spent on the animals’ welfare and care.
We do try to update the blocks, when it is needed but we have to realise that we will never be one of the smartest and beautifully designed rescues that we often see on TV. The most important thing is to make sure that our animals are warm, dry and loved whilst in our care, it’s better than being on the streets or in a home being mistreated!
Our veterinary bills are at an all time high averaging over £4000 a month, so your help and support ensures that we continue to help those faithful friends that need our help!
£100 Helps to provide aSpecial home for a rescue animal
