Throughout 2016, along with members of staff from Spectrum I will be taking part in the Manchester 10k run and cycling for Italian Lakes Cycle which is over 400 miles from Novara to Verona. 

Finally, not one to settle with taking on Mount Kilimanjaro last year (as well as the team coming away with a World Record), this year I will be tackling a climb to Mount Everest's base camp which is a whopping 18,192ft.
