I'm running the Yorkshire Marathon, my first full marathon, on 9th October in memory of my brother in law, Anthony Whitworth, who died tragically 2 years ago. He had Alports Syndrome which affects the kidneys, hearing and later in life the eyes. Alport uk gives other people with the syndrome, and their families, the help and support they need to cope with daily life.
