Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In May of 2012 I will be flying 6500 miles across the globe to climb Everest, the highest mountain on Earth along with many other climbers and Musicians. The reason for this is we will be attempting to break the world record for the 'World's Highest Gig'. The money raised from the trek and gig will go towards the education of the poor and orphaned in the poorest areas of Nepal. We will provide shelter, education and psychological help for children affected by armed conflict in Nepal. At the same time, money raised will help Music4Children to launch free music workshops in its venue in Stretham.
I, along with many others, will be battling extreme fatigue, altitude sickness and treacherous icy crevices, all whilst carrying a large amount of climbing gear and camera equipment. Any money donated will be of such help to so many, a little will go a long way.
Anyone who donates can also receive a free copy of the documentary that myself and a friend will be making to accompany the trek, which will include the full recording of the 'World's Highest Gig'.
