Story
As many of you know, I work part-time for Jigsaw4u – a family bereavement charity. During the past year, this charity – like so many other small charities – has started to buckle under the financial strain brought about by the ongoing economic climate and the increasing scarcity of funds. It has already been forced to dramatically slash its costs, resulting in the closure of the northwest office and head office. Please help keep the southeast office open and ensure that we can continue supporting bereaved children and their families.
The death of a loved one is devastating but for children in particular it may be overwhelming. Jigsaw4u provides families and individual young people with the support that will enable them to develop strategies for coping whilst also meeting others who have had similar experiences.
We make no charge to grieving families or to schools and are dependant upon donations and successful funding bids.
