I'm running the Manchester 10K in May and Shrewsbury half marathon in June.  I'd like to raise money for the Soil Association in memory of my friend and yoga teacher of 7 years who passed away in 2011.  He continues to inspire my health and fitness since I first moved to Manchester in 2004.
