I am going to be doing the 5k event at the Parallel London event. I am doing this for Chigwell Riding Trust. Chigwell Riding Trust was the first riding centre for people with special needs in the world and has been established in Chigwell for over fifty years. The riding centre has approximately 160 riders each week, who all benefit from the therapy that the horses can provide, whether that be mentally or physically. CRT is very close to my heart, and a massive part of my life. Being someone who sometimes really struggles to walk, a 5k without stopping is going to be quite a challenge for me. Any pennies you can spare will be greatly appreciated.
