Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are cycling the 52 mile London Bikeathon on 16th September in memory of Dad, Rowan Vacher.  He was our 62 year old best friend, father and brother. He loved cycling and raced from an early teenager with Norwood Paragon Cycling Club, breaking course records and winning a number of notable races such as the Belle Vue 50 with a cracking 1:56:32 (and that was with a broken gear cable!). He died of Melanoma (skin cancer) in April this year. We are hoping to bring something positive, raising money for the charity and raising awareness of skin cancer for people that do outdoor sports.

Please give what you can, no matter how big or small, and we promise to give everyone their full money's worth by torturing ourselves, particularly our backsides, which will be sorer than a DIY bikini wax with sellotape!
