I want to share with you this sad story about Martin, an abandoned Kitten.
Martins Story, Haworth Cat Rescue:
'Martin was found in a garden, no brothers or sisters or mummy and was in a bad way. His eyes and nose were bunged up with gunk and his eyes completely shut because of it and he was very dehydrated. He's roughly 5 weeks old based on the colour of his eyes but he's actually the size of a 3 week old kitten, he's smaller than the palm of my hand, He only weighs 269g. The wonderful man that rescued him and brought him to Haworth Rescue was called Martin ( hence the name- which is a great name for a kitten!)'.
He was doing well yet has sadly taken a turn for the worse. He is receiving two hourly round the clock feeding from his amazing foster parents Lynn and Pete. He is receiving regular and daily vets treatment which is being fully funded by Yorkshire Cat Rescue.
I couldn't just read and run on this story, I wanted to help raise donations as many people would write off poor kittens like Martin, yet Haworth Cat rescue and his foster parents are doing all they can to save his life. They are fully reliant on donations and fundraising, so please donate whatever you can, even just a few pounds. Lets show Martin the love he deserves.
