I will be running the Great North Run & Cardiff Half Marathon during 2016 to raise money for Radio Lollipop @ The Great North Children's Hospital.

Macsen, a close friends son has suffered with LAD1 genetic disorder during the first 3 years of his life and spent a prolonged period at The Great North Children's Hospital in isolation where he received a Bone Marrow Transplant.

Radio Lollipop is an entirely voluntary organisation working to provide care, comfort, play and entertainment to sick children in the Great North Children's Hospital.  Through radio shows and ward rounds where they play games, run craft activities and play music they hope to make time spent in hospital a little bit easier.
