Running gave me a new lease of life when the penny dropped that if I didn't do something I was going to meet with an early grave. Since the epiphany I had in 2010 I have raised money for several different cancer related charities. 

This is a local charity and hopefully every penny I raise will go to help people in Bedford who need it. I am spurred on by my colleague Pete Bignell who is also running for the same charity.
