A crack team of abseilers (Aindrea Quinn, Shaun Wilson, Colleen Thompson, Ian Thompson, Cathal McKenna, Kirsty Wallace, Jodie Carson and myself) are bouncing down the Europa Hotel in Belfast on Saturday 12th September to raise lots of money for Shine.

It's a charity that is very close to our hearts and does so much great work for people who live with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus.
