Story

The most I have ever run is 3 miles, but in 7 weeks I am going to try to run 13 miles. I have consulted google and found that this is easily achievable, as long as I am dedicated and train for 10-14 weeks. Great.

I am raising money for PEAS, a charity which has always been close to my heart. My late father, Paresh, became a trustee for the charity when they were only a few years old and loved every moment with them, even travelling to Uganda to inspect some of the schools. While at university, I volunteered for them once a week and got to know their amazing London staff. Dad still didn't take me to Uganda though.

PEAS has an incredible, award-winning model which allows it to build high-performing and gender equal schools in East Africa without leaving them addicted to aid money. This means any donation you can give will have a PERMANENT effect on the region :)

To find out more about the incredible work that PEAS does, please go to peas.org.uk or just ask me! Please ask me. I can happily rant about them for hours.

PS. Regarding the photo - I blame every one of you  for not stopping me growing my hair that long. Except my darling mother, because she regularly told me exactly what she thought of it.
