Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Kerry sadly passed away on Sunday 13th November 2011 at 5pm. She had been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer Two years previously.
During the two years Kerry researched her condition ruthlessly. She went to countless forums seeking support but ended up providing it for other people. When she entered into discussions about why there weren't any support groups for young women she then went and made sure one was set up. Kerry was involved with several charities surrounding the disease. Target was one of the ones particularly close to her heart due to the work they do to raise awareness and improve diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
Kerry never gave up, even at the end she was determined to prove everybody wrong. She was an intellegent, funny and vibrant women that will be sorely missed by all that knew her.
