Story

Thank you for everyone's support! The night walk was a success. We managed to complete our walk in 5 hours navigating through the darkness and the cold. We had so much fun as a team in the process as well. There is still time to sponsor us for this event and for this great cause. We are so grateful for everyone's support.

Our Night-Walkers for the event:

Shobana Anpalakhan
Caitlin Brown
Sanjan Duttagupta
Erin Foley

Newcastle StreetDoctors is taking on a charity night walk team challenge! :) We are setting off late at night on the 15th April to walk a half marathon distance from Wylam back to Newcastle City Centre. Please support us as we use headlights to guide our way through the night to raise funds for Streetdoctors - a charity that we are all so passionate about. We are all medical students and junior doctors who volunteers in our spare time to teach life-saving first aid skills - haemorrhage control and CPR to empower local at-risk youths. We also create a platform to discuss violence and inspire youths to take responsibility of their actions. The funds raised will support us to continue our work for this amazing charity! Please support us!
