Over a glass of wine last Christmas, the 4 Sisters Murphy (aka Ger, Elaine Grace and myself) decided to celebrate Grace's 40th birthday by embarking on the mammoth challenge that is the 180km Ring of Kerry Cycle. In the process, we have chosen to support Recovery Haven Cancer Support, who provide amazing support to cancer sufferers and their families throughout Kerry. 

On average Recovery Haven provide 150 appointments for services a month that include Counselling, Reflexology, Massage, Wig Fitting, Yoga classes, Mindfulness based stress reduction, Bereavement Support, Men's and Women's cancer support groups, exercise and walking groups along with drop-in listening support and information service, nurse support and phone support. Recovery Haven is very dependent on fundraising to be able to continue offering their services for free.
