On May 21st I'll be taking part in a skydive to help raise money for the Jigsaw Trust, who help children and adults with autism. 

The Jigsaw Trust's main aims are - 

- To improve and advance the education and health of children and adults with autism

- Provide training and support for parents and siblings of children with autism

- Raise funds to support projects for children and adults with autism

- Raise awareness and promote the needs of children and adults with autism
