Story

Since the day of my salvation 4 years ago i have been very gratefull to God for stopping me smoking after 30 years and also drinking after 25 years...However all i have done for the last 4 years is continue to eat as if nothing had changed. This has now made me put on over 6stone in weight, for those of you that have only known me since being a Chrsitian i can honestly say i was never this big. For those of you that have known me all my life , you wouldnt recognise me now....

So in July 2012 me and 5 friends from my church are going to do the 3 peak challenge.
The National Three Peaks Challenge is an event where participants attempt to climb the highest mountains of Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours, but we are aiming to do it in 36 hrs so we can climb all 3 mountains in the light. The three peaks are:

Ben Nevis (1,344 metres, 4,409 ft), the highest mountain in Scotland
Scafell Pike (978 m, 3,209 ft), the highest mountain in England
Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa (1,085 m, 3,560 ft), the highest mountain in Wales

Please dig deep and sponsor me as much as you possibly can as it really is a big feat just for me to be fit enough in 6 months... The money i am raising is for a charity called Africare.
If i can raise my total then this will mean that the charity will be able to purchase a 70,000 litre tank which can store essential drinking water.

Thankyou so much for all your help and support.

Love

Nick
