Training @ Brookes Gym I will be taking part in the Stevenage Funkin Fitness charity boxing match on Sunday 29 November 2015 @ Holiday Inn.  I will be raising money for the Pernicious Anaemia Society to not only help them raise vital funds but to also help them promote this "little known about" illness.

As some of you will know my fiancée Zoe was diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia a few years ago.  This illness can be very hard to deal with on a day to day basis and unfortunately not many people (including GP's) understand its effects on daily life.  Pernicious Anaemia is currently incurable.  PAS raise money to help raise awareness of the illness as well as looking for longer term treatments. Please take the time to read their information on this page.
