We offer unique positive opportunities to vision impaired children

Story

My son Ben, went blind when he was 5 years old during treatment for cancer. Blindness became his biggest challenge as there is very little support for children with a vision impairment. Useful Vision was established in 2006 to help children like Ben get the most out of life and today the charity is helping more than 700 families  realise the full potential of their child.

Those who know me, realise that I like a challenge, and I like to run. In 2014 I helped a blind family complete the Great North Run. This year I will be I will setting myself a 26.2 mile challenge with the London Marathon. Please help me to raise valuable funds for Useful Vision, so that they can continue to help blind children in the North East.
