So this year i have decided to embark in quite a big challenge. The basics are i need to complete 2012 miles within the 366 days of 2012. It must be all human powered, so basically running, rowing, walking, swimming or cycling

Objective
The goal for 2012 is to cover 2,012 human powered miles.
The Distance
503 miles per quarter, 167.6 miles per month, 38.7 miles per week, 5.5 miles per day - that's the 2012in2012 challenge.
MigraineTrust is very special to me as i have suffered from excruciating migraines for the past 18 months that have caused me to have my life somewhat on hold from doing my normal activities. The information i have found through their research has helped me during this. Again more can be read on my blog above. My adventures on this journey will include Watford Half Marathon 5 Feb, New York Half Marathon 18 March, Brighton Marathon 15 April , London Marathon 22 April and Windermere Marathon 20 May as well as some other challenges towards the end of the year. If you dont hear from me you will probably find me in the gym, at yoga or out and about running.
