This is it! The time has come, our last training run behind us. Nick and I are both running in the Yorkshire Marathon this Sunday. Making it to the start line is already a great achievement. And running  for such a great cause will surely give us the much needed extra energy on Sunday to get to the finish line. Please support RAY, such a wonderful local charity. You will be able to make a big difference! 

Hope to see many of  you somewhere along the course on Sunday. Nick's race number is 322 and mine is 1636. I will be wearing the York Knavesmire Harriers black and yellow vest...just a further help in case the rest of me is unrecognisable!
