I often forget how lucky I am...and I am always quick to moan (my husband Marlon will vouch for that). The reality is that I have a career, a loving family, food, and a warm and cosy house... it is so easy to take all of it for granted. 

So here am I, forcing myself to do something uncomfortable, to remind myself and others around me, how fortunate we all are.

On 2 December, I will sleep overnight in a cardboard box.

I am pretty sure it will be very cold and those of you who know me well will know I am terrified of public toilets, but it is just a tiny reminder of what over 8000 people do each night in London...
