On 21 August we will be taking part in the Monster Middle Distance Triathlon which involves a 1.9km swim, 93km cycle followed by a 21km run.

One of our oldest friends, Alistair Simmie, got married last Summer. The day before his wedding, his wife, Milly, was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called EHE. It affects the lining of the blood vessels and is currently incurable given the rarity of the cancer and the lack of funding it attracts.

With your help, we are hoping to raise as much as possible for EHE Rare Cancer Charity.
