We fight for justice on death row in the US to ensure equal justice before the law

Story

Amicus is a legal charity which helps to provide legal representation to those on death row in the United States. Many people have spent years on death row before being found innocent of the crimes that they were accused of. Some have been found innocent after they have been executed. Often, people struggle to prove their innocence because they do not get the legal representation that they need - usually because they cannot afford it.

Please donate anything that you can in order to help these people to get a fair trial and have their story heard.

Thank you!

Amicus is a legal charity fighting for justice on death row. We were founded in memory of Andrew Lee Jones, who was executed in 1991. We believe the death penalty is disproportionately imposed on the most vulnerable in society, violating their right to due process and equal justice before the law.
