Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Those of you who know me know that I haven't taken part in any structured exercise for many years and also that I love my food and drink :-)
At the end of 2014 I weighed in at just under 17 stone of unfit fat and so I joined BTF on a 3 month course of twice weekly bootcamps.
I'm now over a year down the line, under 15 stone, fitter than I've ever been and feeling great. I'm going to give back some of the love by taking part in the following for charity this year:

These are BIG challenges for me and I would love to commemorate the experience by raising £1,500 for Age UK Norwich from the six events.
