Hey everyone, this summer I am going out to Uganda for a month to get involved in a few health care projects. Ever since I left Uganda last summer, it has been on my heart to return. I am so excited to accept my mission to go back to Uganda, and not just listen to God's call on my life but respond to it! I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to return to the country that holds my heart!

So enough about me, let me tell you about the awesome charity I am volunteering with. Jenga Community Development Outreach is a pioneering Christian charity based in Mbale, Uganda. The work they do to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals in the poorest communities is entirely dependent on goodwill donations. 

The trip so far has been self funded and I've had some really generous donations towards my travel and accommodation costs from close family members. However, what would be really awesome is if I could raise some money to give to people out there who are in NEED of our support. I would also love to have some money to be able to fund medical equipment, because local clinics out there are in major need of more supplies so that they can help and treat individuals who are suffering.
