We support 2 charities - funding to resarch autism & families for children

Story

2016 marks ten years of Deutsche Bank's annual One Day fundraising campaign that gives employees the opportunity to donate a day's salary to the Bank's Charities of the Year. A day's salary is 1/260th of your annual salary.

To date, nearly £5 million has been raised for 16 charities.

This year, donations will support Autistica and Hope and Homes for Children. All donations will be matched by the Bank, if you use your Deutsche Bank email address and you select that you are happy to be contacted by Deutsche Bank.

Autistica

Parents of children with autism are more likely to have mental health problems, and poor parental mental health is linked to challenging behaviour in children with autism. Your donation will help one family to receive therapy for two years, providing essential support in the period post diagnosis and helping to promote happiness in family life.

Hope and Homes for Children

Living in an orphanage has a profoundly damaging effect on children's lives. Yet, with the right support, children in institutions could be placed with a family to love and care for them. Your donation will cover the monthly cost of specialist support for 12 children, making the life changing but challenging move from an institution into a loving foster family.
