On Saturday 2nd February 2013 time stood still for our family, we lost Caroline a beloved daughter & sister aged only 23 in Toronto, her loss to us can never be measured. Not one day passes that we don't remember her.  

To try and do something positive Lloyd and I will be running the Standalone 10k plus the Stevenage Half Marathon in October.  The races will be in Carol's memory and we would like to raise as much money as we can with your help to support SAMM; a charity that supports bereaved families after murder and manslaughter abroad.  

We are currently living this pain and know the helplessness and sorrow that families in our position feel.  So please dig deep and support us to raise funds for other families like us in their time of need.
