On 21 January 2016 our beloved and adored dad passed away in peace surrounded by all of his family. Our dad was a clever, kind, generous and loving man who worked so hard all of his life and was outgoing (sometimes too much so!!), fun-loving, quick-witted and a great friend. His health deteriorated in the latter years of his life and our amazing mum was totally devoted to ensuring he had the best possible care and could continue his life in the comfort of his home until the very end. Dad was so lucky to have such a loving and loyal wife and it has been inspirational to us to see such unconditional love. The Carers Trust 4all charity was a trusted lifeline for mum during this time giving her weekly respite for a very rare few hours so she could do practical things like shopping or nicer things like grabbing an occassional coffee with friends. They were also lovely with dad and provided companionship and support when times were tough. We'd love to remember him by helping the Carers Trust continue to help others in the way they helped us.
