We are remembering Jane Adams, who sadly passed away on Sunday 22 July 2012, surrounded by her family and friends.

We would like to thank the Saint Francis Hospice for their fantastic help and support during the last few days.

Rather than flowers, the family would appreciate donations for the Saint Francis Hospice, which will go to further support their caring activities in the future.
