Story

thank you for visiting this page in loving memory of Paul Beament Husband of Valerie for 43 years, Father to Michelle, Chirstoper and Kevin, Granddad to Kingsley, Lauren, Buster, Thomas, Sophia and Isabella and a Friend to many.

Dad lost his fight with Mesothelioma on the 16th January 2014. After being diagnosed with this acute form of lung cancer caused by asbestos in November 2012 he undertook a treatment plan involving Chemotherapy but as there is no cure for this cruel and devastating disease Dad was unable to keep going. Mum and family made his last days at home as comfortable as possible and thankfully Dad is now at peace.

As a family we would rather people donate to this charity, than buy flowers, so that further reasearch can be undertaken into Mesothelioma and for the charity to continue suppoting other familes that are living with this disease.

thank you for all the cards over the past few days, Dad touched many lives and all your support and kind words have been comforting.
