As the manager of Abbeyfield's Cunningham House in Essex, I've seen how dementia affects not just our residents but their families too.

Despite my epic fear of heights I'm going to challenge myself and on 7th November I'm heading up & over the 02 to raise funds for activities and outings for our residents living with this cruel disease.

Our home is already amazing - with reminiscent areas and activities to stimulate conversations and to help make residents happy. But I want to do more - so by supporting me in this epic event you're helping older people too.
